Donna Campbell has over 20 years of customer service, quality management and performance consulting experience.

Donna’s most recent experience spans 10 years with Bombardier Aerospace, a world-leading manufacturer of regional aircraft and business jets. Donna began her career with Bombardier in 1999, leading Six Sigma process improvement initiatives as a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She then took the position of Manager, Sales Support and Customer Service for Bombardier’s two premier pilot and maintenance technician training centers located in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and Montreal, Canada. In 2006, Donna was promoted to Director of Owner Services for Flexjet, Bombardier’s fractional business jet ownership program, where she and her team serve as the interface for an elite customer base of 900 private jet owners. Through her strong leadership and focus on customer service excellence, Flexjet has maintained an owner satisfaction level of 98% for two consecutive years.

Donna’s portfolio of performance consulting engagements include: change acceleration process, cultural transformation, employee engagement, team development, leadership effectiveness, building business partnerships, process improvement and performance measurement.

Donna holds an MBA from New York Institute of Technology, and a BS in Business Management from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York.  Donna obtained her Master Black Belt certification from General Electric’s Six Sigma program in April 1998.

Donna is happily married with two children and lives in Hurst, TX. She and her family enjoy playing golf, camping, bike riding and vacationing at as many beautiful beach destinations as possible.
